We do our best to charge you exactly what we pay for shipping fees. To accomplish this almost all our shipping fees are calculated by the dimensional weight of the item(s) shipped to you from our warehouse's zip code to your zip code. To determine your exact shipping fees please add the product(s) to your cart and enter in your state and zip code on the shopping cart page. If for any reason you feel your shipping total is inaccurate please contact us and we will investigate it immediately.
Priority orders placed before 1PM EST will be processed the same day and shipped within 24 hours; though most priority orders are shipped out the same day. Priority orders placed after 1PM EST will be processed the following business day and shipped within 24 hours of being processed. If you need your item guaranteed by a certain date please note it in your order and we will determine whether it's possible with the shipping option you chose. Items shipped to Alaska or Hawaii may take a couple additional days.
** Priority 2 Day & Priority 1 Day Shipping: Package sizes vary drastically with every purchase so it's impossible for the website to calculate every shipping cost 100% accurately. The shipping costs shown online for priority 1 and priority 2 are almost always accurate but are still only an estimate. The customer is responsible to pay any additional costs which can only be calculated after your purchase is boxed and shipped. This does not happen very often and usually only occurs with very large items or very high quantities of different items.
We currently only accept orders to any country that accepts UPS Canada or USPS Priority. You may request a custom order and use an alternative shipping method but they are usually very expensive. Any item marked as Free Shipping cannot be shipped internationally. We currently offer the below 2 shipping methods:
All International orders are non-returnable and not cancelable under any circumstances. We are not responsible for Customs delays. We are not responsible for collecting taxes and/or duty fees on international orders. Please contact your local customs office for more information on Customs fees. If the duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees are not paid upon delivery, the package will be redirected back to us and we will refund the full product cost, minus shipping charges.
If your order contains one or more items too large for our website to calculate shipping costs, (very heavy and/or very tall items), you will be prompted to pay a flat percentage of the total. Please understand that this total is just an estimate based on price and that the actual delivery fees may be a lot less or a lot more. We will notify you via email the actual shipping costs and await your approval before shipment.
Let us know if you need this order rushed as this will greatly effect the price. Depending on the exact shipping fee's and what you paid, we will either credit you the difference or send you an invoice for the balance due. The shipment will be released as soon as the payment for the difference is paid.
If your order contains any custom made items, you will be prompted to pay a flat percentage of the total. Please understand that this total is just an estimate and that the actual delivery fees may be a lot less or a lot more. You may request a shipping quote. Otherwise most of the time we don't know the shipping box size and shipping is calculated upon shipment, which cannot be canceled. These cannot be expedited and can take 2-4 weeks to create and then ship.
We do our best to update our inventory every few days. In rare instances though, our products will sometimes sell out faster than we can update our website. These are usually limited to seasonal items but can also occur to exotic or popular flower colors. In these cases we will contact the customer directly with possible suggestions of similar items or colors, possibly upgrading to something else or refunding the payment in full.
