Shipping policy
We charge what carriers charge us. Rates are based on dimensional weight (box size) rather than just actual weight. For example, a lightweight flower order may weigh ~5 lb, but its dimensional weight can be 10–40 lb depending on carton size. To see your exact shipping: add items to cart → View Cart → CALCULATE (enter state + ZIP). If anything looks off, contact us and we’ll review it immediately.
Order Processing Times
- Mon–Fri orders placed by 12:00 pm ET → processed the same business day.
- After 12:00 pm ET → processed the next business day.
- Business days exclude weekends & holidays.
Important: Priority shipments and custom-made items cannot be altered or canceled after you place the order.
Continental U.S. Shipping Options
We ship as quickly as possible; during seasonal peaks, priority orders may ship the next business day after being processed.

Not all methods are available for every item. Deliveries to Alaska/Hawaii may take a few extra days.
International Orders
Our website currently supports checkout to Canada. We can ship many items to other countries with additional steps: payment via wire transfer and pre-paid shipping labels/documents. We have daily UPS & FedEx pickups; any other carrier will require you to schedule pickup. Free-shipping items are not eligible for international shipping.
