This item is classified by the manufacturer as outdoor-ready. We group outdoor items into three levels below. Match the wording in the product title to the level to understand recommended use. If the title includes "Custom Made" and the item has a natural wood trunk, the trunk is not treated for outdoor use.

  • Water-Resistant (in title): Materials that don't absorb water. No UV inhibitors—color will fade over time. Best for shaded/covered areas. No warranty is included. To extend life, apply an outdoor UV spray.
  • UV-Resistant (in title): Materials infused with UV inhibitors to delay fading. Longevity varies by sun exposure, climate, and material thickness—typically many years in northern states under partial sun, but less in full, all-day sun (e.g., AZ, TX, FL). No warranty is included. An outdoor UV spray can further extend life.
  • UV-Proof (in title): UV-inhibited plastics engineered for maximum fade resistance and weathering. Guaranteed to delay fading for a minimum of 5 years (or 3 years in AZ/TX/FL). To maximize longevity, periodic UV-spray treatment can be used.

To accomplish this our shipping costs are calculated by UPS using the total shipping dimensional weight of your order, not the actual weight, shipped from our warehouses zip code to your zip code. Shipping companies like UPS & FedEx DO NOT use the actual weight anymore. So an order of flowers may only weigh 5lbs, but the dimensional weight could easily be 10-40lbs depending on the size of the flowers. Materials, Colors & Sizes

Materials:

In our industry, “silk” in a title or description does not mean real silk fabric. The term dates back 100+ years. Today’s “silk” flowers, plants, and trees are artificial and made with modern materials (e.g., polyester, PE, PVC, EVA) and processes to achieve realistic detail.

Colors:

We photograph in neutral lighting and describe colors carefully, but exact color matching can't be guaranteed. Screens and device settings display color differently, and natural shadows or highlights may appear in photos. Color names (e.g., "brown", "green") describe a family of shades rather than a single exact color tone.

How we measure:

  • Potted items: Measured from the bottom of the pot to the farthest tip (e.g., the longest frond when extended straight up).
  • Unpotted stems/sprays: Measured from the bottom of the stem to the farthest point.
  • Other items: Dimensions are maximum outside measurements (tallest or widest point).
  • Pre-arranged florals: Dimensions are more exact, as shape is fixed.

What’s included:
